Greenfields Cinnamon Sticks

Cinnamon sticks are often used in Indian and Mexican cooking to give a sweet, mildly spicy warmth. Infuse a whole stick in sauces and stews, or even use to make Mexican-style hot chocolate or mulled wine. Greenfields cinnamon is the harder 'cassia' variety of cinnamon, where the bark is 1-2mm thick.
