Greenfields Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper can be used as a spice in cooking; or as a condiment at the table, generally with seafoods, such as oysters, sardines and scallops. It may be sprinkled over soups and hors d’oeuvres. It is great with roasted, grilled, fried or stewed meats and can be used in the dusting flour for fried chicken, fish and vegetables. It  is a fiery spice made from the dried pods of chilli peppers. This is a great addition to spicy dishes providing heat and flavour.It's particularly popular in American recipes, and is often the chilli component in Cajun cooking.
